Primarily, I have been specifically looking at how to target the client facing elements of how I want my website to be seen by wider audiences, I have been looking at how similar portfolio's, and moreover how I can contribute idea's to mine.
I have taken into account the looks of other sites I have seen, many sites have had structed scissor reels which have incorporated a wide range of the individuals work they have contributed to their specific skill sets, I have begun as result to try and bring together as results of influences I have looked into to create my own professional reel, I specifically though would like to incorporate a wider range of professional practise footage, this would include on other corporate and professional capacity projects,.
With this consideration I want to use my scissor reel as the main focus of my home page, this is ultimately brings the audience to the understanding of what I am personally able to offer, consequently I am also going to look at adjusting my professional gallery as some of the gallery entries are too long winded and need abbreviating.
I hope from this I can continue to use peer feedback to adapt and market my website to my consumers, which as a result will help me focus on the more personal and professional side of how I as a videographer want to be seen through my work portfolio.
