Over the past three day's I have been reaching out reaching out to a distinctive range of local companies regarding doing some corporate work to help them display their businesses to the wider public, consequently from my communications with Melissa Makes (creative makes/jewellery) and Mind Your Paws Kennels (Dog and Pets residence) I have now joined and scheduled client work to take place over the coming week to film two short promo's to help brand out their regional identities and begin to explore how these promo's can give my clients more prominence in the wider area.
On Friday, I have organised to schedule a short filming period to work with Melissa Makes to help them create a short promotional piece, I will be looking to talk with Mel about what they specifically would like be highlighted in the promo sequence, in the promo I will be looking to take inspiration from similar type styles to as what Mel will be offering through her business.
Consequently, on Monday I shall be travelling to Mind Your Paws Kennels to engage with the business owners about what they are specifically look to have included in the promo, I have spoke briefly to Cooper Clarkson (owner at Mind Your Paws), and he has already suggest filming date of Saturday 13th November 2021.
The Monday session shall be intended as a session to engage the surroundings of the location and also to asses how I can create the promo, in the dialogue already proposed they are looking for a 30-45 second promo advertising their business, this has already helped me to understand the length of what shot types I will need, and how to make this interactive, I intend to take notes on Monday so I can keep in touch with the specs to what my client would like and require.
