Recently, I have been working with Grimsby Town, on behalf of the BT Sport (National League Highlight Coverage) as part of advanced practise I have been targeting to work on the core process of improving my camera based skills.

Fundamentally, I have been working to be more innovative with how I tell a story in an interactive format, I feel that my skills have seen marked improvement, my composition skills have gradually improved, before many shots were shaky and unlevel with darker texture and ultimately I learnt to adapt to my situations by adaptively problem solving and using collaborative knowledge to work to a solution.
I need to be considerate of the knowledge I am imparting through the visual output being broadcast, this has ultimately lead me to adapt to what is happening during the match and how this will be cut for the highlights reel, I now consider the shots and how the speed and rates of which I move and track the ongoing action can affect the audiences understanding and visibility, hence I have slowed pace talk more collaboratively with the work produced on behalf of the BT Converge.
